A deal floor disguised as a festival
The Glass Hall, capacity 800
One day. Six stages. 80 speakers. 1 500 of the people who actually decide what gets built next in Northern Europe.
Real solutions for unreal times. The real estate industry is at a crossroads. Geopolitical uncertainty, evolving sustainability standards, and the rise of AI converge to create unprecedented challenges and opportunities for the built world.
Where real estate meets the people building its future.

Resilient by Design.
Trusted data
Move from scattered sources to a single source of truth that holds up under audit, regulation and pressure.
Better workflows
The boring layer that compounds. Faster decisions, less duplicate work, fewer dropped balls between teams.
The AI layer
AI agents that help your team decide faster and act with confidence, not slide demos that never reach production.
Energy shocks. New regulation. Cyber risk. Climate exposure. Cost pressure. The new normal isn’t a single crisis, it’s the sum of them, all running at once.
Resilience is no longer a slogan, it’s an operating discipline built on trusted data, better workflows, and AI that helps your teams decide faster and act with confidence.

Construction City. The Nordic home of real estate
103 000 square meters across eleven floors at Ulven, twelve minutes from Oslo Central. Anchor tenants are OBOS, AF Gruppen and Betonmast, with Spir, Noova, OsloMet and the Proptech Norway community filling the rest.
For one day in October, the whole building becomes the festival venue. Eight stages in the same building. No shuttle buses required.
A high-trust arena where the built environment actually meets.
Owners, operators, cities, builders, investors and the founders behind the solutions. Eight stages in one building, sunrise to midnight, and the conversations that turn into real projects.
This is proof through performance. Nordic frontier companies share the methods, playbooks and results that hold up in real portfolios. What scaled. What failed. What moved the needle. And the partnerships that turn validated use cases into industry momentum.
Eight arenas. Plenty to learn.
Eight curated scenes across Construction City, each with its own format, pace and audience. From the 600-seat keynote room to fireside-style lounges and intimate theme scenes.

Main Scene
The big room for the big questions. Keynotes and executive panels on the macro forces reshaping real estate: risk and resilience, AI, energy, capital, regulation. The day opens with the plenary Proptech for Breakfast.

Peak Nordic
The Nordic edge in proptech, on scene. A curated lineup of standout proptech companies and operators. Short-format presentations, real customer cases and Nordic-first conversations on what’s working, and what’s scaling.

Energy First Real Estate
Where the grid meets the building. Datacenters as a Nordic super-industry, and buildings as flexible energy assets. Analytics, smart controls, forecasting, storage and demand response turning power constraints into competitive edge.

Praktisk Proptech
Where proptech moves from buzz to measurable value. Property owners, operators and tech companies share real-world cases on how data, AI and smart infrastructure cut cost, improve operations and build more resilient portfolios. Hosted by the Praktisk Proptech podcast crew.

Founder's Lounge
The top-floor meeting point where founders and investors talk shop. Investment trends meet the industry’s hardest problems and the technologies moving fastest, with a carefully curated lineup of investable companies.

AI & The Planner
How AI, BIM and better data can cut planning and permitting timelines, reducing cost and friction in building and housing delivery. Builders, planners, architects, developers and cities come together, ending with a live Design Slam on a real-world case.

Behind the Build
The digital backbone of buildings. Indoor connectivity, cybersecurity, sensors, digital twins and open data models, showcased through real-world projects already building for a more connected, resilient and operational future.

Future of Work and Life
Hybrid is permanent, reshaping demand for offices, homes and neighborhoods. Fewer-but-better and more flexible workplaces, housing designed for everyday work, and the proptech stack that makes hybrid measurable, secure and profitable. Curated with OBOS Living Lab, Spir Group and Entra.
