A deal floor disguised as a festival
The Glass Hall, capacity 800
One day. Six stages. 80 speakers. 1 500 of the people who actually decide what gets built next in Northern Europe.
Real solutions for unreal times. The real estate industry is at a crossroads. Geopolitical uncertainty, evolving sustainability standards, and the rise of AI converge to create unprecedented challenges and opportunities for the built world.
The Nordic Festival for
Real Estate Innovation

Resilient by Design.
Cutting the cost of real estate
Productivity is the industry’s biggest untapped opportunity.
Better workflows
The boring layer that compounds through faster decisions, fewer dropped balls.
The AI layer
When the models are available to everyone, the advantage comes from what you connect them to.
Digital Sovereignty
Own your data before someone else builds on top of it.
Real Estate is facing overlapping shocks: energy, regulation, climate, and capital. The biggest accelerant is AI.
The useful life of enterprise software is shrinking. Switching costs are falling, and legacy incumbency is weakening.
In Real Estate, most are early in their AI journey. A select few are already in production.
Nobody thinks it’s optional anymore.

Construction City.
Home of The Built World
A venue built around an ecosystem. Construction City brings together the companies, researchers, startups and industry organisations shaping the future of the built environment.
For Oslo Proptech Summit, the whole building becomes the festival. Noine stages spread across eleven floors, connected by a shared audience and the common mission of building what’s next.
Breaking Down The Silos. Where the built environment meets
Nine Stages. One industry.
From AI and construction technology to energy, capital, urban development and the future of work & life. Follow a single track — or build your own.

Main Stage
The big room for the big questions. Keynotes and executive panels on the macro forces reshaping real estate: digital sovereignty, risk and resilience, artificial intelligence , energy, capital, regulation. Where the day opens with the plenary Proptech for Breakfast.

Peak Nordic
The Nordic edge in proptech, on scene. A curated lineup of standout proptech companies and operators. Short-format presentations, real customer cases and Nordic-first conversations on what’s working, and what’s scaling.

Energy First Real Estate
Where the grid meets the building. Datacenters as a Nordic super-industry, buildings as flexible energy assets, and Nordic technology as a competitive advantage. From solar and storage to smart controls and AI-ready infrastructure.

Praktisk Proptech
Where proptech moves from buzz to measurable value. The data layer in practice: Property owners, operators and tech companies share real-world cases on how data, AI and smart infrastructure cut cost, improve operations and build more resilient portfolios. Hosted by the Praktisk Proptech Podcast crew.

Founder's Lounge
The top-floor meeting point where founders and investors talk shop. Investment trends meet the industry’s hardest problems and the technologies moving fastest, with a carefully curated lineup of investable companies.

AI & The Planner
How AI, BIM and better data can cut planning and permitting timelines, reducing cost and friction in building and housing delivery. Builders, planners, architects, developers and cities come together, ending with a live Design Slam on a real-world case.

Behind the Build
The digital backbone of buildings: Indoor connectivity, cybersecurity, sensors, digital twins and open data models, showcased through real-world projects already building for a more connected, resilient and operational future.

Future of Work and Life
Hybrid is permanent, reshaping demand for offices, homes and neighborhoods. Fewer-but-better and more flexible workplaces, housing designed for everyday work, and the proptech stack that makes hybrid measurable, secure and profitable.
