22 Bishopsgate in London was conceived not simply as an office tower, but as a 120.000 square meter vertical campus built to adapt as work, technology and expectations change. With JLL as the property management team, the question now is how you keep a building of that scale relevant for the next decades. 

Anna Volfman, an operations manager at 22 Bishopsgate, takes us inside the operating model. Data, technology, tenant behaviour, energy, resources and customer experience increasingly have to work as one system. The aim, to let one of London’s most advanced towers build operations into a continuous process of measurement, experimentation and improvement.
