She specialises in turning traditional waste services into data-driven, performance-led systems, combining operational redesign, digital tools and tenant engagement. At 22 Bishopsgate, she has helped increase recycling rates from 57% to more than 85% while reducing costs, improving efficiency and advancing circular economy goals.
