Lars Huse

**Major General Lars Huse** heads the Plans and Development Division of the Norwegian Defence Staff, with a central role in implementing Norway’s long-term defence plan. He has extensive operational and strategic experience from the Norwegian Army, NATO and international missions, including Afghanistan. He also led the development of the Chief of Defence’s Military Advice in 2023, which laid the groundwork for Norway’s historic defence investment programme. Source: Norwegian Armed Forces
