Shon Lamp

Shon Lamp is the Director of Property Research and Tech Enablement at Cushman and Wakefield, where they sit at the intersection of real estate insight and technology strategy. Their path here wasn't exactly a straight line — they've worn just about every tech hat there is, from hands-on developer to technology executive, picking up a builder's instinct along the way that still shapes how they think about problems today.

These days, he spends their time helping teams make smarter sense of data and putting the right tech to work where it actually moves the needle.
