Susanne Sekkesæter

CEO · Mase Home

Susanne Sekkesæter is CEO and co-founder of MASE. The company creates adaptive interior robotics: freestanding robotic furniture that lets a small home live like a bigger one.

The idea came from living in a flat of under 30 m². She felt every day how hard it is to live with limited space and poorly designed solutions. Nothing on the market solved it. So she built it herself, together with co-founder Martin Mascella, and today MASE has over 100 units in live projects, and partnerships such as OBOS.

Susanne holds a master’s in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU and spent most of her career abroad, at Capgemini and Gartner in Milan and Barcelona, before moving home to start MASE in 2023. She’s a former national-level swimmer and triathlete. In 2026 she was the only Nordic MIPIM Challenger.
