Øystein Balstad is the CISO at Defendable, a top 3 MSSP in Norway. Here he bridges the gap between security governance, -management and operational IT. Since 2019, he has focused on information security management, cybersecurity frameworks, and tactical advisory, rooted in a Master’s degree in Managed Digitization from the University of Oslo and his status as ISO27001 Senior Lead Implementer.
