Why the smartest seat at Oslo Proptech Summit might be as an Exhibition Partner

On 21 October, more than 1,000+ decision-makers from Nordic real estate gather under one roof at Construction City. Exhibition partners are there to be found, not only to be seen.

Most people come to a conference for the stages. But much of the value comes from what happens between the sessions. It happens at the coffee station, in the queue for lunch, and at the stands in the main hall, where a quick "so what do you do?" turns into a meeting the following week.

That is where our exhibition partners are. For startups, scale-ups and established suppliers with a solution to show, it may be the most direct route to the people who decide what gets built next in Northern Europe.

One day, the whole value chain

Oslo Proptech Summit is a flagship event during Oslo Innovation Week. The summit brings together property owners, developers, contractors, investors, public actors and technology companies across seven stages. This year's main partners include OBOS, Siemens, If, Spir Group, Noova Energy Systems and Construction City.

For an exhibitor, that means one thing: the customers, partners and investors you would normally spend months trying to reach will walk past your stand in a single day.

More than a booth

The Exhibition Partner package is built for companies that put visibility first, and also want something concrete to take home:

  • A standard stand in the main hall, where attendees spend their time between sessions
  • A pitch or case presentation in a relevant slot in the program, so you get stage time as well as floor space
  • Access to the attendee list, so you can book meetings before the day and follow up after it
  • Four tickets for your team, so you can take shifts on the stand and still attend sessions
  • Your logo on signage and branded presence throughout the venue
  • 15% off stays at Thon Hotel in Oslo for partners travelling in

All of this is available for NOK 35,000 (NOK 29,000 for Proptech Norway Members)

The synergy effect

Being an exhibitor puts you among the companies that are actively shaping the industry. You sit next to peers you can learn from, partners you can build solutions with, and competitors you can benchmark against. Construction City, where we collaborate where we can and compete where we must, is a fitting venue for that.

Exhibitors also get a direct connection to Proptech Norway, the national network for innovation in real estate. That relationship lasts beyond 21 October, through our members, events and the wider Nordic proptech community.

Leave with a pipeline, not just a tote bag

The best exhibitors treat the summit as a sales and partnership sprint. They use the attendee list to set up meetings in advance, use the pitch slot to explain why they matter, and use the stand to have the conversations that follow. They join companies such as Planeo, Really!, Enlink, Endre App, Aimz, Adaptive Recognition, Bgrid and Estatelab, who have already secured their spot.

Stands in the main hall are limited, and 21th of October is three weeks away.
