Rubus is a platform for real estate developers, general contractors, subcontractors and homebuyers in multifamily projects. The platform revolutionizes the homebuyer customer journey and enables seamless collaboration for all parties thus reducing mistakes, which results in less wasted resources, lower costs and happier homebuyers. The company was established by Guy and Yoval Montuelle in 2019. Rubus has become the market leader in Norway and we entered the Swedish market in 2022. Key customers include AF Gruppen, PEAB, Nordr, Veidekke, OBOS, Backe and Aros Bostad. We currently offer three products; Change management (home customization and change requests), Aftermarket (warranty handling and homeowner handbook) and Quality Management (inspections and handover). In addition we have a state of the art insight module and our solutions are backed with modern AI tools.
